Once an order is processing, it cannot be changed or cancelled. There is a 5-7 day refund routing lag period on returned or out of stock items.
We process orders in which we receive them. In rare instances our system is unable to update itself immediately to show the product is no longer available, we may need to cancel all or part of an order for various reasons, including:
- Unavailable product(s)
- Difficulty in processing your payment information
- Existence of a duplicate order
If your order is cancelled, you will receive e-mail notifications – The first email will verify we’ve received your order and that it’s being processed; a second email will confirm your order is ready for pick up, or that it’s been cancelled. You will not be billed for any cancelled products. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website.
