Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. Pay 25% now and the rest later. Full eligibility criteria available at https://www.afterpay.com.
Just shop online and check out as normal. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method online.
You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details. If you’ve used Afterpay before, simply log in to make your purchase – it’s that easy!
Please note that all items or services in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply, and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
Note: Afterpay is currently only available Online in Canada. In-store availability is expected in 2022.
Afterpay can be applied to purchases made on www.petsmart.ca or on our app.
Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a Canada billing address, Canada shipping address, a Canada Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card) or American Express, and a Canada mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

Yes, your bag value must be at least $1.00 and may be up to the amount of your pre-approved spend limit with Afterpay.
Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay-eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.
If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, please reach out to info@afterpay.com
If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase in store or by mail for a refund. Any online services purchases will have to be returned in store. Please check that your return or exchange meets our return policy here. If you mail in your return, the funds will be returned to your Afterpay card within 7-10 business days. If you make your return in store, the cashier will perform a receiptless return at the register and scan all returned products. Since in-store Afterpay tender is not available yet, cashiers can offer a Merchandise Return Card as a refund option. After you make a return, you are still responsible for making all remaining installment payments for the purchase to Afterpay. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.
