Create an Account

It’s easy to create a PetSmart account. Simply click 'sign in' or follow the prompts when placing an online order to register. Note: This is separate of a PetPerks account.

For your convenience, you can create an account with Google+, Twitter, or Facebook. An email address is required to create an account.

You can also use your email address and a password. To ensure security, all passwords must be 8 characters or more and contain at least one of the following: upper case letter, number, or a special character.

• My Store: Set the store you shop at most to simplify in-store pickup and book PetSmart Grooming salon appointments
• Ability to opt-in to receive special offers & event notifications
