Shipping methods & costs

Different shipping methods are available based on the products purchased and the delivery location. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Please note: Some products may only offer one option for shipping. Shipping costs are based on the products ordered and the shipping method selected. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order. If your order qualifies for free shipping, select Standard Shipping. Your discount will appear in the Order Summary.

Canada Provinces - Standard Shipping – Most orders arriving within 2-3 days except for remote locations: New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Yukon, and Northwest territories may take longer. PetSmart does not offer shipping to Quebec.

Special Terms for Free Shipping for Treats Rewards Members:

Treats Rewards members enjoy Free Standard Shipping on select orders over $49. Must be signed into your Treats Rewards account prior to purchase. Transaction total is prior to taxes & after discounts are applied. Savings will automatically reflect in shopping cart with the purchase of qualifying merchandise. Terms and conditions of this offer are subject to change at the sole discretion of PetSmart. Delivery may be delayed due to acts beyond our reasonable control, which may include, but are not limited to, weather, strikes, power outages, shutdowns, local, provincial or federal governmental actions, and other similar acts. Delivery speeds will be delayed for remote locations such as New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Yukon and Northwest Territories.
