Advice for Use: WARNING: Always disconnect appliances in the aquarium from the electrical supply before placing hands in the water, adding or removing parts, and whenever the filter is being installed, maintained. NOTE: To ensure the well-being of aquarium inhabitants, it is essential to maintain your aquarium. At the very minimum, remove 25% of the water once a week using the integrated water changer and replace with tap water that is of similar temperature to your tank and treated with the correct dose of Fluval Betta Plus, Betta Enviro Clean, and Fluval Cycle Biological Enhancer (all items sold separately). DO NOT place hands, décor or introduce any inhabitants into the aquarium without removing at least 25% of water volume as the displacement will overflow the aquarium water, and may cause damage to the unit or the support surface. For Best Results: Regular replacement of filter media is essential to ensure optimum performance. To enhance bacterial action, pour a dose of Fluval Cycle Biological Enhancer and Betta Enviro Clean into your aquarium each time you change the media
