by ComedyRules Great for Betta Fish if Suspended and Hung on Wall
My fish loves this bridge! I was thinking it would make a great resting spot for my betta with the idea of how it could be hung on the back wall of the aquarium tank. I just needed some kind of suction clips to hold it. When I bought it, I went to Bed, Bath and Beyond and in the bathroom section, I bought these two suction clip holders. (I made sure to have the bridge on hand to experiment to see if the handles of the suction cups could fit through the rails of the bridge to support it. Make sure to follow the directions of how the suction cup clips work!) I hung the bridge on the wall of the aquarium as close as I could to the top water level. It acts like a "betta hammock" and my fish loves it. He constantly rests on top of it. I am sure you can find big enough suction cups with ends good enough to squeeze inside the rails to support it suspended. I bought this along with the Top Fin Asian Cherry Blossom Tree and the Top Fin Stone Cave. They all fit in my 5 gallon tank!

My snail and shrimp take a lot of interest in this and it looks nice in the tank but paint is chipping off the bottom and I think the color in general is fading. Hasn't seemed to cause any damage in my tank but disappointing none the less.

I love this bridge, it looks very natural in the fish tank. Even better the Betta fish loves it too, he seems all around it and even hides out under the bridge on occasion. Great buy!

I just loved this bridge when I bought it and so did my Beta. It looked really nice in my tank and my Beta would swim around and through it for hours. My only caution is if you have a smaller Beta like I did, it may try to fit through the "railings" on the bridge like mine did. He did this in the middle of the night and could not get out. I found him the next morning :( Very sad to lose him in this way. So just a word of warning to watch your fish sizes if they like to explore nooks and cranies. I would recommend this for bigger or really small fish that won't get stuck.
