I will start by saying I normally don't write reviews but after this morning I have had enough. I had bought this cage about 3 years ago for my guinea pig, however ware was the company who had made this. After a month of having this cage the shelving which is the black piece connected to the ramp started to not latch like it was supposed to. My guinea pig likes to jump up on the shelve she is scared of the ramp with her doing this she would fall off because the shelve would come unlatched and it wasn't supposed to. I wrote the company who seemed to not care told me I had to have proof of purchase and the box which I no longer had all of it had been thrown away. Last night it happened again I normally have it supported so it don't happen she had knocked it out of the way and she had feel I thought she was dead she was not moving luckily it scared her. This is not the only problem I have had also the small door a piece of it is broke and the mesh bottom part is also broke nothing but cheap material and full of people who don't care. Ware has turned over the prints to the all living things people save your money don't buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BunnyFriends Best Cage Ever with a simple fix
This cage makes it easy to spend time with and feed your rabbit. You can just lift the top and its open to lift your bunny out. It's very roomy. I got inexpensive steel wire that is sturdy but bends easily and cut 14 pieces in 7 inch pieces and fastened the wire mesh bottom directly to the cage. I put 7 ties on each side of the cage. Now I can pull the litter tray out without removing the bunny or its food, etc. It makes it easy and fast to keep it clean and it makes it very sturdy even for my 13 pound rabbit. I think this cage is so much more humane for house rabbits because it's easy to clean and easy to pet your rabbit and its very roomy with some room to run for smaller bunnies. I wish they would put a splash guard on the side to help contain hay but its not a big issue. Most of my bunnies don't need it--only my largest one. The cage looks nice in my home and it is the most humane indoor cage I have found.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Unsatisfactory It should come with a free pressure washer.
It looks nice in the store but it wont stay that way. They used the cheapest materials available for this thing. in less than a month it started falling apart. The plastic is so cheap and pourous i have to clean it before work every single day so it wont stain when my old garage sale starter kit only needed to be cleaned twice a week. I also have to drag it outside every weekend to power wash the grate because its too small for my rabbit's droppings to fall through. So I'm constantly dealing with droppings on the floor because the manufacturer never bothered to figure out the size if miniature rabbit droppings. It's been an all around nightmare. For the price i expected a nice high quality cage but i got something worse than a cheap starter kit. In fact I spend more time fighting with this cage than playing with my pet. Which is extremely upsetting.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jaylynn Great cage for a Rabbit
This cage is perfect for a bunny! It was sort of small for my bunny, so I took the ramp out and it was more roomy. The only bad thing about it was that he would push things out of the bottom. We ended up putting a new female bunny in it and she absolutely loves it she has been it for years. Now she is huge and still has plenty of room to hop around.
