I have had this tank for a year and a half now. I absolutely love it, as do my fish. It is beautiful and the black silicone looks very classy. It is quite tall and burying plants can be a pain, but it looks fantastic once complete. I have had no issues with mine! (The lights are not super bright, but are fine for my none planted tropical community setup)

Overall tank and stand us okay. Bought 2 considering its affordable but lights on one I have to fidget with them sometimes to get them to turn on. Second tank leaks at the very top in corner when my fish go to eat so keep the water level down didnt realise early on until i filled it up more to the top so there was no water line past the 60days unfortunetly or it would have gone back and the lights again are an issue one just completely died. So now have to buy bew lights so in a way wish i saved more money to buy a tank with decent lighta so in the future it didnt end up costing more in the long run. Would recommend it if the person is going to do an upgrade in the future or if its all they can afford and find it on sale.

I purchased this ensemble on sale. Great buy, Great tank, Great stand. I love it. It is very nice looking, I have had ZERO problems and I get a lot of compliments and people asking where I got it. I would recommend this package deal to anyone!

Rated 4 out of 5 by herpvt Great tank, decent stand, poor lighting
I am very satisfied with this tank and picked it up for $199 during a petsmart black Friday sale a little over year ago. For the sale price I bought it at this is a 6-star bargain, but it usually retails for $349 and is often on sale for $249. At those prices there are some issues.
1st, the lighting is terrible. It's OK if you are not keeping live plants, but if you have any interest in live plants then upgrade the lighting. I picked up soe waterproof LED lights on Amazon for ~$30 and the plants went wild. Stock lighting in aquarium combo deals is always poor, just be aware of this.
2nd, depending on how much you stock the tank the filter will likely be insufficient. You can get canister filters online for $50 these days, and I suggest you do so.
I knew these would be shortcomings when I bought the tank. The tank and stand are solid. If you plan on having live plants or stocking close to capacity for the size of the tank just understand you will need to upgrade the filter and lights.
