Rated 1 out of 5 by ljbutler worst toy ever!
this does not play fetch with your dog, it doesn't launch a ball, its pathetic. Dog learned quickly how to put a ball in the top, gave up then and came to me to have me throw it.
What is your return policy if we've already tried it out?

Rated 1 out of 5 by jmay What the heck. This was the lamest, most stupid thing I've ever purchased. It doesn't launch a ball, it spits it out an anemic 12 inches. I won't be back to Toys R Us or Petsmart anytime soon, at least after I return this stupid thing that I in good faith paid pretty good money for after driving across town to purchase it.

I was super excited to get this for my dogs because they've been super bored lately. I got home, opened it up, and tried it.... SO. DISAPPOINTED. And now I don't even have the receipt to take it back. You put the ball in and it goes "bloop.....", falls through the device and lands literally inches away from it. They use the word "Launcher". HA! Funny. Lamest product ever. Super disappointing. :(

I bought this because my dog enjoys eating his meals out of puzzles rather than a dog dish. I'm still training him in how to play this puzzle game, but the ball is not the usual tennis ball. It's a lot heavier and smells weird. He tries to eat the fuzz of balls, so I'm not sure what kind of replacement ball would work for this game. The food/treats don't come out every time and sometimes a bunch of treats come out. Which is all part of the game, I guess. I don't mind this game, but the unusual tennis ball is kind of a turn off for the price of this.
