I have a two year old Rotty and a Chocolate Lab. The Rotty is a chewer and when he was only one year old he ate my vacuum cleaner so when I saw this product I decided to give it a try. I bought two bones one for each dog. I bought the bonus pack that had nutri dent with it. Both dogs love the nutri dent.
The Rotty hates the bone and the lab only chews it when I play with her but stops when I stop. Neither dog cares for the bones at all. They prefer Milk Bones. For the price I paid for these bones I could have bought three big boxes of Milk Bones.
Every dog is different and your dog may like these bones, but how you find out before you spend your money I don't know. So good luck to you and I hope your dog likes it.

I gave one each to my large dogs. My Boxer cracked a tooth on his. The vet said it will eventually have to come out.

My dog is a wire fox terrier puppy, and as all his adult teeth pretty much came in at once, I was desperate for a chew that wasn't going to be chewed apart (and to a dangerous amount) within a day. He wasn't much into Kongs, but seemed to like his original nylabone, so I tried the durabone. It works; he chews only the ends, sometimes in a grating pattern of sorts, but it still hasn't let off much if any small pieces like the original version did. He also likes to chew on it, which I can't say about all his other options. Definately recommend for agressive teethers.

My corgi puppy took a total of three hours (over several days) to chew the end off of this bone. She loved it, but it didn't last. She's not much of an industrial chewer either. I don't really recommend this product and won't buy it for my dog again.
