I used these once to feed my feeders when I was cycling my tank, but half the time they ate algae wafers I put in. They work as food but I owned goldfish anymore I would NOT feed them this product because just look at the ingredients.
Contains fish meal, ground brown rice, wheat germ meal, feeding oatmeal, shrimp meal, potato protein, dried yeast, wheat gluten, fish oil, soybean oil, wheat flour, lecithin, sorbitol, dehulled soybean meal, algae meal, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), inositol, niacin, l-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate (stabilized vitamin C), a-tocopherol-acetate, riboflavin-5-phosphate, d-calcium pantothenate, thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, vitamin A palmitate, menadione sodium bisulfate complex, cyanocobalamin, cholecalciferol, canthaxanthin, blue 2 lake, red 3, yellow 5 lake, yellow 6 lake and ethoxyquin (a preservative)
It's meal, not real stuff, and whats with all that other stuff, anyway, I would look into a better food if you have goldfish.
